We are looking for a Tech & Operations Support (They/She/He) to join our team!
π About the role
Weβre looking for someone curious, proactive, and analytical, with a strong desire to understand how things work under the hood.
Youβll join our Level 2 technical support team, investigating complex issues escalated from Level 1, helping us keep the platform stable and our users happy.
π― Key responsibilities
- Investigate tickets escalated by Level 1 support, identifying whether they are actual bugs, user errors, or integration issues.
- Execute technical actions directly via our internal Ruby console.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams, reporting well-documented incidents with full context.
- Manage and improve our no-code integrations (Make, Zapier), including troubleshooting.
- Identify patterns, suggest improvements, and contribute to internal documentation and the knowledge base.
π What we are looking for
- Native Spanish speaker and strong English skills (B2βC1 level, written and spoken).
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong investigative mindset.
- Ability to read and understand code in Ruby and JavaScript (React).
- Familiarity with no-code tools like Zapier, Make, or similar.
- Proactive attitude, autonomy, and a strong sense of urgency.
- Solid technical judgment, even if youβre not a professional developer.
We prefer someone eager to learn with a curious mindset over a 100% technical profile with no initiative.

- Previous experience in Level 2 support, QA, or similar roles.
- Strong communication skills, both with users and technical teams.
- Experience in startup/SaaS environments.
